The edit board is slightly angled as you can see from the side.
It has rubber feet.
Since it is not light weight it is not slipping away easily.
size w x d x h : 348 x 222 x 44 mm
weight netto: 1200 gram
Keyswitch: Cherry MX
Mean Cycles To Failure: = 1 billion press/release cycles
(50 million is guaranteed minimum)
The editboard is connected through usb with the computer.
There is a small usb hub so you can connect 2 devices.
For example a normal keyboard and a mouse.
From my experience a powered usb hub is needed near the keyboard when extended for more then 5 meters away from the computer.
This is my working Set-up. Strong wide Velcro was used to attach a normal keyboard to the edit board. This way it does not take much more space. It is used for typing text and to use the apple "command" modifier.
The mouse I use is a wired gaming mouse. I found that when I attached too many macros to the mouse buttons they execute false triggers just too often.
Now I programmed 3 macro's for the mouse wheel.when I push left or right the window scrolls accordingly. When the wheel is pushed "separate" is triggered, so that when you make a precise selection you can immediately separate the selection.
